OPERATIVE CYCLE OF THE PLANT:
The transformation phases of the electro-mechanical plant are identified in nine treatment and work areas: |
1. S.U.R. unloading area. |
2. S.U.R. extraction and trituration. |
3. Closed cycle desiccation(drying between 100 and 130oC) |
4. Separation, grinding and pulverization; |
5. S.U.R. storage and dosage, polymer binder and inert additive (CaO or CaCO3) |
6. Mixing and extrusion granules |
7. Material production for building trade use; |
8. Electric plant, control and command system |
9. Auxiliary service. |
| FACILITY POTENTIALITY: The typical plant is normally dimensioned to transform about 250 daily/ton's of S.U.R. for 6 days a week, 24 hours a day. It's prepared that there's a stock of 500 ton's of S.U.R. for example a continuous production also on Sunday if necessary! |
